Q: Why do you do this?
A: To provide an on-line and frequently updated answer to the "how are things going" question, and to expand our use of the technology to see what comes up.

Q: Aren't you worried about confidentiality, or competitors knowing what you're doing, or customers not liking what they read?
A: The information on this page will NEVER be confidential (which is why I won't use customer names or product descriptions), my competitors either know what I'm doing, are already doing it, or are far enough behind that I'm not worried about them catching up (by the time they do, we expect to be further along), and if any customer reads anything that would make them less likely to give us more orders, please let me know- that's not the intent of this page.

Q: How come you never write about problems or bad news?

We focus on what we need to do to keep making good news and solving problems.
