Here's the challenge- you think you have a great product, but it will take building, troubleshooting, and testing to get the design finalized and qualified. Who can you trust to get your parts built fast and correctly, to learn with you, and be ready for production when you're ready to ramp? Hytel Group can do your prototypes, as well as quickly scale into production. Hytel Group can do SMT, Through-hole, Chip on Board, Flip Chip, and Final Assembly, either in the US or in China. Hytel Group was one of the first EMS companies registered to ISO9002 for microelectronics assembly. Hytel Group can be counted on to give your parts personal attention.

So how do you get started?

  • FIRST: Go to the sign up page, fill out the form, get our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), print it, sign it, and fax it to 847.683.7940 (or fax us your NDA for review)
  • SECOND: Email or your requirements to hytel@hytel.com, or fax to 847.683.7940. Include a costed (if available) Bill of Material and detailed assembly drawing if available in .dxf or .pdf format. Let us know what you'll supply, what and how many you need and when you need it. Include your gerber files and any other important prints, including your drill data and aperture list, and let us know if you have boards coming or need us to buy boards (or enclosures, parts, etc.)
  • THIRD: Email or fax a PO attn: SALES using the standard price list below, or request a quote.
  • FOURTH: If you've priced and determined lead time for the BOM, you should receive a confirming email with your delivery date within 24 hours of sending the PO. If your drawings are unclear, or requirements fall outside standard capabilities, we will quickly work with you to clarify the possible impact.

    Standard Internet Quick-Turn Price and Lead Time List:

    Non-Recurring Charges:

  • Stencils- $400, single sided SMT, $800 double sided, $600 adder for fine pitch less than .5mm;
  • PCB (1 week)- $600 for new PCB plus $2.00/sq. in./layer up to 1000 sq. inches, $200 minimum for 1-2 layers, $500 minimum for multilayer up to 8 layers;
  • SMT Assembly- $300 minimum charge up to 1000 components, then $.18/component to next 4000 components.
  • Flip Chip or Chip on Board Assembly- $300 minimum charge up to 30 components, then $5.00/component to next 500 components.
  • Materials- Cost of BOM plus 20% up to $10,000 of components, customer to be responsible for excess inventory created by minimum buys required by materials suppliers- to be customer-approved prior to purchase.
  • Lead Time: 2 weeks standard if all components available within 1 week and no special assembly tools required.
